FreeBet Monthly Prize Pool rules
Bet for free. Win your share of the monthly 1,000,000 DBV Prize Pool. This page is a plain-language summary of the Official Rules, Version 1.1. If this summary and the official document ever differ, the official document applies.

Prizes & Digital Benefits Vouchers (DBV)
All prizes are awarded in Digital Benefits Vouchers (DBV). DBV has a stated value for reference: 1 DBV = 0.01 USD, so amounts are shown as "X DBV (Value: Y USD)".
All prizes are funded by sponsors; players never fund the Prize Pool. Because no player ever pays or risks anything of value, FreeBet is not gambling.
Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
- One account per person, in your own name. Accounts can't be shared, sold or transferred.
- You must live where taking part is lawful. FreeBet is void where prohibited.
- Staff of Prizemania Inc., Unicorn Network Inc. and prize sponsors (and their households) may play but can't win prizes.
- Winners must complete identity and age verification within 30 days of our request, or the prize is forfeited.
The monthly season
Each season is one calendar month in UTC. A prediction belongs to the season in which the match's scheduled kickoff falls. This means a match kicking off at 23:30 UTC on 31 May counts for May, even if it ends in June. Everything (leaderboard, accuracy, streaks) resets to zero at the start of each season.
Making predictions
- Pick home win, draw or away win, or just home or away where there's no draw option.
- For football and ice hockey, you can also predict the exact score. It must match your outcome pick.
- Predictions can be made or changed until the official kickoff, then they lock.
- Up to 50 predictions per UTC day, one prediction per match.
Points
Points depend on how hard your pick was, measured by the share of FreeBet players who picked the same outcome at kickoff (the "pick share").

- Exact score bonus: +5 points on top of your outcome points.
- Match of the Day: all points on that match are doubled. Underdog + exact score = (3 + 5) × 2 = 16 points.
- Low participation: if fewer than 20 players picked a match, every correct outcome earns 2 points.
- Accuracy = correct outcomes ÷ settled predictions × 100. The exact score doesn't affect accuracy.

The payout never exceeds the pool. Prizes inside each category are shared, so if more players qualify, each share gets smaller. Unawarded DBV does not roll over.

Ties are broken by higher accuracy, then more correct underdog picks, then who reached their final total first.
Accuracy tiers (350,000 DBV)
Players with at least 100 settled predictions qualify. You receive only your highest tier.

Streaks (150,000 DBV)
Make at least one prediction on each of 7 consecutive UTC days to complete a streak: 50 DBV (Value: 0.50 USD) per completed streak, up to 4 per month (200 DBV). If total claims exceed the budget, all streak rewards are reduced by the same factor. The daily bonus is the Match of the Day, which pays double points, not DBV.
Per-player cap & special tournaments
No player can receive more than 25,000 DBV (Value: 250 USD) from the monthly pool in one season. Special tournaments such as the World Cup have their own prize table, budget and cap, on top of the monthly pool.
Results & settlement
Predictions are settled on the official final result as soon as it is reported by our data source. Where we have a second independent source and both agree, the result is marked Verified. If the sources disagree, the match is under review and is not scored until FreeBet has checked the official result; FreeBet may correct a score or void the match. If you think a result is wrong, use “Report a wrong result” on the results list or in My predictions. Prizes are credited after the season ends, so corrections are applied before any DBV is credited.

Postponed or suspended matches stand only if completed within 48 hours of the original kickoff. Abandoned and awarded matches are void. Void predictions earn 0 points and don't count towards accuracy or the minimum counts.

DBV is never paid out as cash. Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to them.
Fair play
Not allowed: multiple accounts, bots or automated predictions, collusion, exploiting errors or late information, and false identity or age information. Breaches can lead to voided predictions, removal from the leaderboard, forfeited prizes and account closure.
